Korea & USA supply. Latin America and global demand. We handle the export.
Excess beauty
stock, moved
worldwide.
Offcos buys overstock, returns and short-dated beauty inventory — and exports it through vetted global buyers, so it never lands on the channels your brand depends on.
We buy the
inventory nobody
else will take
Overstock, customer returns, shelf-pulls, short-dated and discontinued beauty — new and mixed conditions together, one pallet to a full container.
Forecasts that missed
Production overruns eating warehouse space month after month.
Mixed-condition pallets
Opened and repacked goods your channel won't take back.
Date codes closing in
Good product losing value every week it sits still.
Exited SKUs
Rebrands and packaging changes with no home in your lineup.
72 hours
Submit your lot, hear from a sourcing manager within 48 hours, and have your best offer on the table inside 72 — not weeks of back-and-forth with brokers.
pick up later
We pay in full before the freight is booked. No consignment, no net terms, and nothing to chase after the pallets have left your dock.
Export is why
your brand
stays safe
Most of what we buy leaves the market it came from. Your retail pricing, your channel partners and your marketplace listings are never touched.
It leaves your market
Exported to Latin America and other liquidation markets where your customers never overlap.
Whole lot, one number
Slow categories and awkward SKUs go with the good stuff. No cherry-picking.
Paid before pickup
Money in first, freight booked second. No broker chain in between.
Confidential by default
We can sell under a de-identified description when your agreements require it.

Turning surplus
beauty into opportunity
Offcos is the beauty arm of REMEX Liquidation Inc. — founded in 2023 to move surplus inventory fast, affordably, and ready for export across North and South America. We buy one category, and we buy it properly.
That network is the whole product. It is why we can price a beauty lot against real demand instead of a formula, why we can take the slow SKUs with the fast ones, and why an offer takes 72 hours rather than a month of phone calls.
Beauty inventory
shouldn't die in a
warehouse
Every year, millions of dollars of unsold and returned product is written off or destroyed. In beauty it happens faster than anywhere else: a cream with eight months left is worth a fraction of the same cream with eighteen, and the clock never stops.
REMEX Liquidation was founded in 2023 to give that inventory a second life through a smart, fast, global system. Offcos is that system pointed at one category. We buy the lot outright, pay before pickup, and move it out of your market instead of down-market.

Why beauty needs
its own liquidator
General liquidators treat cosmetics like any other pallet. Four things say otherwise.
Date codes decide the price
We price by remaining shelf life, batch by batch — not by a flat percentage of cost. Short-dated lots still get a real number.
Brand equity is fragile
Beauty brands live and die on price perception. Exporting out of your market protects it in a way a domestic closeout never can.
Cosmetics export is its own discipline
Ingredient labeling, documentation and country rules decide where a lot can actually clear. We handle that, not you.
K-beauty is in our DNA
A Korean-American team buying in Korea and the U.S., selling to buyers who already ask for K-beauty by name.
What we buy,
and how we work
Skincare, color, hair, fragrance, body and tools — new, returned or mixed, from a single pallet to a full container.
Customized loads
Lots built to a category, price point and target market, so buyers get what they actually sell.
Paid before pickup
Full payment first, freight second. No consignment, no net terms, nothing to chase.
Export handled end to end
Documentation, freight and logistics across North and South America are on our side.
Transparent and multilingual
Clear pricing, and a team working in English, Korean and Spanish — the three languages this trade runs on.

Offer in 72 hours
No listings, no consignment, no waiting to see what sells.

You submit
Five fields: company, contact, email, phone and where the goods sit. Add a manifest, photos or a description if you have them — it sharpens the offer.

We reply in 48 hours
A sourcing manager calls you back, or you book a 15-minute slot yourself. We confirm condition, quantity and any channel restrictions to honor.

We match and quote
Your lot goes to the buyers who want that category, condition and destination. Their bids — from a network of 3,500+ — become your best offer, inside 72 hours of submission.

Pay first, pick up later
Accept, sign a one-page agreement, and we pay in full. Only then do we book the carrier and clear the goods for export.
What helps us
price faster
None of this is required, but each one tightens the offer.
How we arrive
at a number
| Buyer demand | What our buyers pay this month for that category, by destination market. |
|---|---|
| Condition mix | New prices highest. Returns and shelf-pulls priced on expected sellable rate. |
| Remaining shelf life | The biggest lever in beauty. 12+ months is a different market from four. |
| Export readiness | Labeling and documentation decide which countries a lot can clear into. |
| Lot size & location | Full containers from one pickup point cut freight cost per unit. |

Questions we
get a lot
Will my products end up discounted in my own market?
That's the point of the export model. Most of what we buy leaves the country it came from and is sold through offline distribution abroad. Where goods do stay domestic, they move through closeout channels your retail partners don't watch, and we can sell under a de-identified description.
What does "pay first, pick up later" mean exactly?
We pay the agreed amount in full before freight is booked. You are never waiting on payment after your pallets have left the dock, and there are no net terms to chase.
How fast is the 72 hours?
The clock starts when you submit. A sourcing manager reaches out within 48 hours to confirm details, and your best offer is on the table within 72 hours of submission.
How do you decide what to pay?
Buyer demand by destination market, condition mix, remaining shelf life, export readiness, and lot size and location. We quote the whole lot as one number.
What if some of it is expired or damaged?
Tell us in the form. We regularly take mixed lots including short-dated or damaged goods and price those portions separately. Fully expired product is case by case.
Is there a minimum quantity?
We generally start at one pallet. If you have less, submit anyway — we can often combine it with a later lot.
Who handles export paperwork and freight?
We do. Customs documentation, carrier booking and pickup from your dock are all on our side.
Can we set up a recurring program?
Yes. Many suppliers move returns or overstock to us monthly or quarterly on standing terms.
